The full 24-mission campaign — playable now

Nothing flies here.
Everything walks.

Take a stolen Skarn out of the Directorate's own yard and fight for the Free Veyran Compact across an occupied mining world. Throttle, torso twist, heat, ammunition — a simulator, running in the tab you already have open.

The game

A simulator,
not a shooter

Your chassis is a multi-ton industrial machine. It has a throttle and a torso that turns independently of its legs. It has heat, and coolant, and a redline it will shut down to protect. Every one of those matters in a firefight, and none of them is a cosmetic readout.

  • Independent legs and torso, heat management, per-group hardpoints
  • 597 recorded lines — your lance talks, and the enemy talks back
  • Chase cam or full cockpit, across 9 uneven-terrain maps
  • Local pilot accounts keep campaign progress; guests can play instantly

twelve original chassis

From the 25-tonne Flint scout to the 100-tonne Craton, across 4 weight classes — distinct silhouettes, hardpoints and battlefield roles.

02

An original world

The Free Veyran Compact against the Karst Directorate: a 24-mission liberation war across salt flats, dune coasts and the understreets of an occupied arcology. 100% original IP.

03

Zero friction

No launcher, no download, no account. The whole simulator ships to your browser and runs on Three.js and Rapier physics against a Cloudflare Durable Object match server.

The campaign

24 missions to take back a world

Every mission is playable today — the salt flats, the karst highlands, the polar refineries, the storm coast, the Vell Arcology and the Spire Anchor itself. At M21 the campaign forks, and the two endings are not the same story.

Every mission opens the same way

CAIRN runs the startup litany before you take a single step. After 24 missions it still lands.

  1. Core ignition confirmed. Actuator lattice — green.
  2. Weapon buses — live. Coolant loop pressurized.
  3. All boards answer ready. Good hunting, Lodestar.

Multiplayer

Five on five.
Thirty seconds to drop.

Pick a mode and you are pooled with everyone who joins in the same thirty seconds. Seats still empty when the counter hits zero are filled by robots, so a match always starts. Matches run on a Cloudflare Durable Object at the edge — no lobby to find, no ports to forward, nothing to install.

  • Deathmatch — five on five, one point per kill, first team to twenty
  • Capture the Flag — turn the flag your colour and points accumulate while you hold it
  • Your six Deployment Bays are your deck, and it freezes at the drop: a frame destroyed in a match is spent
  • Practice Skirmish against bots — offline, instant, no server

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free? What do I need to play?
Yes — completely free, no install, no account required. Any modern desktop browser with WebGL2 (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) will run it. A keyboard and mouse are strongly recommended.
How do I save my progress?
Register a local pilot account from the sign-in screen (stored in your browser) and your campaign progress persists per pilot. Playing as a guest keeps progress for the lifetime of the tab.
What's playable right now?
All of it: Basic Training (a fully-voiced, input-gated tutorial), all 24 campaign missions from Cold Ignition to Reclamation including the M21 fork, and multiplayer — online five-on-five Deathmatch and Capture the Flag, plus an offline bot skirmish.
How does multiplayer work?
Open Multiplayer from the main menu and join a Deathmatch or Capture the Flag queue. Everyone who joins within the same thirty seconds drops together, five on five, and any seats still empty are filled by robots. Matches run on a Cloudflare Durable Object match server — nothing to configure, nothing to install. There is also an offline Practice Skirmish against bots.
Is this a MechWarrior game?
No. Veyra Prime is an independent, 100% original work — its world, factions, characters, chassis, weapons and audio are all original IP. It shares a genre (giant-robot simulation), nothing more.

What is actually in the build

  • 51 3D models — 14 machines modelled, 12 of them pilotable

  • 14 PBR ground and water material sets (42 maps)
  • 24 campaign missions and Basic Training across 9 maps, with 2 branch endings
  • Three.js · Rapier physics · Cloudflare Pages · Durable Object match server

Every count on this page is generated from the game's own data files at build time, and the build fails if the markup contradicts them.
